Policy Guidelines:

All exchanges and returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, including the day of delivery.

You can request an exchange in the case of a size issue or if you’ve received a wrong product.
Exchange Process:

We offer free exchanges for the same product in a different size or for the correct item if a wrong product was sent.

If the new product for exchange has a higher price, the difference must be paid online.

We’ll arrange a free reverse pickup for eligible exchanges.
Packaging Conditions:

Products must be returned with:

Original sticker/label attached

Proper folding and packing to avoid damage during transit

Exchanges will not be processed if these conditions are not met.
Refunds:

Refunds are only offered in genuine cases of defective products.

Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defective product

Refunds will be made to the original payment method or a provided bank account.
⚠️ Note: If a return is accepted without any issue in delivery or product, ₹100 will be deducted as reverse pickup charges due to increased logistics costs.
Important Notes:

Slight variations in color or design compared to what’s shown on the website or ads are not grounds for return or refund.

If upon verification, it is found that the defect occurred due to misuse, no refund will be issued.

Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery to avoid issues.

Return/exchange requests will be processed only once per order.

Used or washed products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products bought during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

Free size exchange only. No refunds on size-related issues.
